IT'S SUSHI TIME

So Robbie and I love sushi and thought we would try making our own. Not to brag at all but I rock at it! It turned out great and our friend Ben came to check it out. And he totally approved. Honestly it was really fun to do and we'll most likely do it again, so if anyone wants to come try some let us know. We are always down for some sushi!

Looks good. That stuff is harder to roll then one would think & you are a pro on your 1st try? Talented! You look great.

Hailey and I love making sushi. she signed me up for a class at Mikado in SLC and if they still offer it you should totally look into it. here is what you get. It costs $100 but you get a $50 gift card to mikado, so now you really only paid $50. you get like 3 hrs of sushi making and eating. The day starts with a little history on sushi and making the rice etc. then you start with some basic rolls etc. PS, you are eating whil you roll the entire time. At lunch they bring out salads, edamame and sushi of course. THen after that you get like 1 hr to roll all the rolls you can to take home. They dont cut them, they just let you wrap in saran wrap and take home. That night would be a feast, i think i really rolled like 10 rolls and took them all with me. The best part, they give you a number to call when you want to do your own sushi at home and you can order tons of fresh fish, even the rice if you struggle to make good rice. oh and you can buy their eal sauce too! anyway Hailey can tell you about it.
